Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees across the firm’s eleven offices.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and service.
- Manage the full performance management cycle, including evaluations, feedback, and employee development programs.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs that reflect the firm’s culture and commitment to excellence.
- Maintain HR policies, processes, and strategic initiatives that align with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and firm policies.
- Provide meaningful HR data and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on employee engagement, retention, and firm culture-building initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ HR management experience, ideally in professional services or a large business environment.
- Demonstrated success managing HR teams.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to balance hands-on HR responsibilities with team leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
