Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees across the firm’s eleven offices.


• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and service.


• Manage the full performance management cycle, including evaluations, feedback, and employee development programs.


• Oversee onboarding and orientation programs that reflect the firm’s culture and commitment to excellence.


• Maintain HR policies, processes, and strategic initiatives that align with business goals.


• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and firm policies.


• Provide meaningful HR data and reporting to support leadership decision-making.


• Collaborate with firm leadership on employee engagement, retention, and firm culture-building initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ HR management experience, ideally in professional services or a large business environment.


• Demonstrated success managing HR teams.


• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Proven ability to balance hands-on HR responsibilities with team leadership.


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
