We seek a friendly, tech-savvy HR Generalist to drive Talent Acquisition and Reporting. This role may also serve as payroll backup to ensure seamless operations.

Job Type: Part-time (25 Hrs/week) (10 am to 3 pm M- F)
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Execute the Firm’s talent strategy by successfully administering full-cycle recruitment of effective talent.
- In consultation with the CPO, implement predictive hiring models to forecast talent needs based on turnover, growth, and skill gaps.
- Lead new hire onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition through structured orientation programs and AI-driven onboarding workflows.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure timely and engaging onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System), job descriptions ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Reporting & People Analytics
- Generate reports to facilitate people analytics insights and compliance needs.
- Apply AI-powered sentiment analysis to assess employee feedback and inform engagement strategies.
- Utilize predictive analytics for workforce planning, identifying engagement and productivity opportunities, retention risks and training opportunities.
- Work with leadership to translate HR data insights into actionable strategies.
Payroll Backup & Compliance
- Act as a backup to payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payroll operations when needed.
- Support audits and reconciliations as needed to maintain compliance and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, with expertise in Talent Acquisition and Analytics.
- Proficiency in AI-powered HR tools, Power BI, Excel, workforce analytics platforms, and payroll systems.
- Strong relationship building, communication and problem-solving skills.
