The Background That Fits



  • Bachelor’s Degree (or Associate with equivalent experience).

  • Minimum eight years of progressive employee relations and HR development experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, legal requirements, and government reporting.

  • Proven success in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development.

  • Experience administering performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.

  • Ability to design and implement HR policies, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Skilled in employee relations, conflict resolution, and representing company in hearings/investigations.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to interact at all organizational levels.

  • Demonstrated leadership managing HR staff and building HR processes, especially in environments with limited systems support.
