Overview

Advanced Personnel Resources, Inc. is seeking a Temporary HR Coordinator to join our client’s HR team in Greensboro, NC. This position is expected to last 6–9 months (with the possibility of extension depending on business needs) as the company transitions to a new HRIS system.

Compensation

Base pay range: $20.00/yr - $23.00/yr

Schedule and location

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Format: Onsite role

Experience

Experience: At least 6 months–1 year in HR or related field preferred, due to the fast-paced environment and confidentiality requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to HR (filing, data entry, document prep)
  • Assist with employee engagement events (planning, vendor coordination, Canva/design support)
  • Support HR during the HRIS transition with reporting, compliance, and recordkeeping
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their HR experience while making an impact on a fast-moving project team.
