Job Description

• Install, configure, and support software.
• Provide support for inbound requests and issues from customers via email or phone.
• Onboarding and offboarding of users.
• Document inquiries in internal system.

The Successful Applicant

• 3+ years' of IT support experience.
• Experience with MAC and JAMF.
• Strong understanding of hardware/software related issues.
• Experience with inventory asset management, documentation, etc.
• Excellent communication skills.
