Job Description

• Analyze stakeholder needs, lead workshops, and create clear, agreed-upon documentation of business and technical requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to align requirements with effective technology solutions.
• Contribute to business architecture and solution design to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Support delivery of strategic roadmaps, track risks and dependencies, and keep project managers informed on progress.
• Ensure services meet evolving business needs and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

• 10+ YOE as a Business Analyst in Financial Services
• Low latency fixed income experience
• Agile, JIRA
