Job Description
- Greet and assist visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring accurate message delivery.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Handle basic data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned to support the team.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
- Completed Bachelors is preferred, not required.
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role within the financial services industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be immediately available & be located in the Greater Greenwich area.
- Competitive hourly pay, depending on experience.
- Temporary to permanent role.
