Job Description
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the firm, greeting and directing visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls, taking accurate messages as needed
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a polished and orderly environment
  • Oversee office management responsibilities, including supply ordering, vendor coordination, and facilities requests
  • Schedule and manage conference rooms, including set-up for meetings and client visits
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems, ensuring smooth daily office operations

The Successful Applicant
  • 1 year of reception, office administration, or hospitality experience (financial services or professional services preferred)
  • Highly polished and professional communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Flexible and resourceful; able to pivot quickly and problem solve in real time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM onsite schedule


What's on Offer

This role can offer $18-20 hourly with guranteed overtime (7:30-5:00 schedule onsite). This role with gain exposure in a fast-paced dynamic financial services environment, with high levels of visibility and access to senior leaders and decision makers.
