Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate product/service information and assist customers with account-related matters. Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve more complex issues. Maintain organized records of customer conversations and transactions. Identify opportunities to improve customer service procedures and workflows. Assist in administrative tasks related to client services and account updates. Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using CRM platforms, email systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
