Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems Assist clients with product or service-related questions and concerns Process orders, forms, and applications accurately and efficiently Maintain updated knowledge of company products, services, and policies Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction Document all customer interactions in the CRM system Follow communication procedures and guidelines to maintain high service standards Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Previous experience in customer service or administrative support roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other customer service software Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively Positive attitude and a professional, team-oriented mindset Additional Information
