As an

Entry-Level Customer Service Representative , you'll help drive real-world change by engaging directly with the public, representing life-changing causes, and supporting grassroots fundraising campaigns.Key Responsibilities:

Represent top nonprofit clients at

community outreach events

and public spaces Deliver exceptional, in-person

customer service and donor support Share impactful stories and clearly communicate nonprofit missions Inspire people to

donate, volunteer, or advocate

for important causes Work with your team to meet campaign goals and improve outreach strategies Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and integrity in every interaction Who We're Looking For:

No experience in customer service or fundraising? No problem! We provide

full training

and support. You're a great fit if you are: Outgoing, personable, and love connecting with people Passionate about

social causes, nonprofits, or advocacy work An excellent communicator and a patient listener Comfortable working

face-to-face in busy, public-facing environments Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated 18+ years old
