Required Skills and Experience:

At least one year of solid leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple situations effectively Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred Knowledge of NAEYC/NAC and state licensing standards preferred Ability to meet state-specific guidelines for the role Proficiency with basic computer skills, ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors Able to assume postures in low levels to maintain physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate effectively with children and their parents This role requires on-site work at the center daily
