Required Skills and Experience:

At least one year of leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team Outstanding customer service, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple situations effectively Budget and financial accountability experience preferred Knowledge of NAEYC/NAC and state licensing preferred Ability to meet state-specific guidelines for the role Proficiency with basic computer skills, ability to lift at least 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors Ability to assume low postures for safety and engagement with children Fluent in English to communicate effectively with children and parents Must work on-site at the center daily

Range of pay: $56,250.00 - $102,250.00 per year. In Minnesota, an additional $3.00/hour premium is provided on classroom hours, funded through the Minnesota Great Start Grant.
