This position has a starting pay range of $15.49 to $15.99 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, demonstrating customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising standards and processes for merchandise on the sales floor. Prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws and store policies. Support shrink reduction programs and participate in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes or unexpected situations. Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Works effectively with peers and supervisors. Retail customer experience preferred.
