Provides dedicated support to the SVP - Chief Accounting Officer and SVP - Finance and Treasurer, owning calendar management, meeting execution, executive deliverables, and special project oversight. Coordinates materials for board meetings, finance-related committees, and executive communications with confidentiality and precision. Attends selected meetings to provide administrative support and prepares accurate, timely meeting minutes. Anticipates leadership needs and proactively delivers timely, thoughtful solutions. Tracks milestones and deliverables for high-impact initiatives across finance and corporate operations. Serves as a cultural connector within the organization, helping align priorities, communications, and leadership expectations.
The Background That Fits
7+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior finance executives within large enterprises, public companies, or high-accountability environments. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suiteespecially PowerPointwith polished communication and writing skills. Demonstrated discretion and experience handling confidential materials with care. Confident, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to stay composed in fast-paced environments. Professional presence and experience supporting leaders navigating board governance, investor communications, or regulatory timelines. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to drive outcomes with minimal oversight.
