Job Overview
We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our team and support the successful integration of e-commerce and supply chain systems for our customers. This role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into seamless system configurations. The ideal candidate will have a balance of Shopify expertise, data connectivity knowledge, and familiarity with warehouse and inventory systems.
Responsibilities Lead and support implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring smooth onboarding of new customers Set up and map API connections between platforms and services. Understand and manage shipping data lifecycles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Conduct thorough data testing and validation to ensure reliable system performance Assist in inventory setup across various industries Provide support and configuration for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Maintain clear, consistent communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong knowledge of database management and software integration processes Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with ERP systems and core ERP functionality. Experience with EDI 900 series (transactions, implementation, troubleshooting). Hands-on experience onboarding accounts into a WMS system. Knowledge of creating retailer-compliant carton/pallet labels and packing lists. Basic programming knowledge (to assist with troubleshooting and automation). At least 2 years of experience in implementation roles, preferably in e-commerce or supply chain environments
Salary Description
$75k - $80k/yr
