General Responsibilities
Accurately maintain HR spreadsheets used for tracking to ensure timely processing of new hires, terminations; weekly notify recruiter of updates Effectively track new hires to ensure completion of their file, reporting any non-compliances to your supervisor Accurately and timely request and assist with background checks for all agency employees Accurately and timely enter and file all documentation for employee files Maintain SharePoint certification management Maintain/Audit all employee filing Conduct audits of HR files for external and internal audits as directed. Reporting non-compliances to your supervisor immediately Process training certificates as needed Daily manage the HR inbox and sort emails to other department members as needed, responsible for answering basic HR questions Coordinate with the IT department weekly regarding upcoming new hires Timely create and distribute new hire/ID badges as needed Responsible for sending calendar invitation to all upcoming new hires the Wednesday before NHO Complete Self Onboarding for New Hire on NHO Mondays Responsible for creating NHO gift bags and requesting supplies when low Qualifications and Details
