Key Responsibilities: Engage in a wide range of corporate transactional work, including private equity mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, strategic alliance transactions, and restructuring for investment funds. Collaborate with team members on complex transactions, providing innovative solutions to meet client needs. Contribute to strategic planning and implementation in various corporate dealings. Qualifications: A Juris Doctor degree from a top U.S. or Canadian law school. 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in corporate transactional work. Strong interest and ability in broad-based transactional work. Experience in tax law is advantageous. Exceptional academic and professional credentials.
