Principal Civil Engineer - Land Development Location:
Riverside, CA Salary:
$125,000-$160,000 annually
We are looking for an experienced
Principal Civil Engineer
to lead
land development projects
in the Riverside area. This leadership role involves overseeing the planning, design, and delivery of private and public land development projects, managing project teams, and coordinating with agencies and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead engineering design for grading, drainage, utilities, and street improvements Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables Oversee preparation of improvement and entitlement plans Coordinate with local agencies, clients, and internal design staff Provide mentorship and technical oversight to junior engineers Qualifications:
BS in Civil Engineering California PE license required 8-15 years of land development experience Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills Benefits Include:
