Senior Cloud Solution Architect (CSA)

specializing in Application Innovation and AI Agents, you will partner with enterprise customers to design, build, and scale intelligent, cloud-native applications using Azure, GitHub, and Microsofts AI ecosystem. Youll support customers on their AI adoption journey, building trusted relationships and leading strategic initiatives that deliver meaningful innovation and business impact. Your expertise in AI agents, modern application development, and enterprise architecture will help shape inclusive, forward-thinking solutions that empower organizations. Responsibilities

Lead technical engagements with customers across the full solution lifecycle design, build, deployment, and operations. Collaborate with platform engineers, enterprise architects, developers, and senior leaders to solve technical challenges and accelerate adoption. Facilitate architecture discussions and provide hands-on support to develop prototypes, pilots, and full-scale solutions. Proactively identify and remove adoption barriers, ensuring seamless implementation and long-term success. Work with Microsofts internal teams and partners to drive alignment and deliver customer value at scale. Customer Centricity

Act as the voice of the customer/partner, share feedback, insights, and strategic input with Engineering, Product Offerings, and internal communities. Identify patterns of feedback to develop strategic and actionable insights and influence product roadmaps. Translate customer/partner problems into industry solutions aligned with Microsoft product and platform strategy, explaining how they meet outcomes and ROI goals. Help customers adopt and use Microsoft solutions across cross-solution areas. Build relationships with technical decision makers and bridge to business decision makers as needed. Drive the customer/partner experience, define success conditions, anticipate dissatisfaction, and execute strategies to improve value realization and transformation velocity. Partner Specialization

Identify opportunities aligned with revenue goals and orchestrate growth of solution utilization with partners. Provide pre-sales support and proof of concept to clarify opportunities. Lead initiatives with GPS and other stakeholders to translate opportunities into actions. Guide partners in developing repeatable offerings and solutions, and advise during initial implementations. Technical Leadership

Utilize market insights to drive upskilling and accreditation priorities. Model technical readiness and mentor teams on technical and non-technical concepts, sharing proven practices. Identify gaps in delivery, communicate them to stakeholders, and influence changes to products, IP, technologies, and processes to scale solutions. Contribute to Microsoft frameworks and methodologies and provide thought leadership to customers/partners. Lead virtual teams around technologies and customer challenges, sharing insights with internal and external audiences and contributing to IP development related to Copilot and AI scenarios. Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, architecture, and/or consulting. OR equivalent experience. Other Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 12+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years in similar areas 6+ years in a customer-facing role and 6+ years leading technical projects. Technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google). Compensation

IC4IC5 levels with base pay ranges typical for the role in the U.S. and location-specific variations. For example: IC4 base pay ranges from USD 106,400 to 203,600 per year, with higher ranges in certain locations; IC5 base pay ranges from USD 130,900 to 251,900 per year, with higher ranges in certain locations.
