Cloud Solution Architect (CSA)
specializing in Application Innovation and AI Agents, you will partner with enterprise customers to design, build, and scale intelligent, cloud-native applications using Azure, GitHub, and Microsofts AI ecosystem. In this role, youll support customers on their AI adoption journey, building trusted relationships, engaging with a range of stakeholders (from developers to senior executives), and leading strategic initiatives that deliver meaningful innovation and business impact. Your expertise in AI agents, modern application development, and enterprise architecture will help shape inclusive, forward-thinking solutions that empower organizations. Key Responsibilities Lead technical engagements with customers across the full solution lifecycle - design, build, deployment, and operations. Collaborate closely with platform engineers, enterprise architects, developers, and senior leaders to solve technical challenges and accelerate adoption. Facilitate in-depth architecture discussions and provide hands-on support to develop prototypes, pilot projects, and full-scale solutions. Proactively identify and remove adoption barriers, ensuring seamless implementation and long-term success. Work alongside Microsofts internal teams and partners to drive alignment and deliver customer value at scale. Responsibilities

Collaborates across Microsoft and customer/partner teams through on-strategy delivery to achieve customer/partner objectives and increase satisfaction. Manages business and technical risks, adapting methodology and applying governance principles to minimize risks. Executes work in compliance with industry and Microsoft guidelines; prioritizes among competing demands to align with business priorities and goals. Identifies, escalates, and mitigates blockers to accelerate solution deployment and value realization. Applies growing business, technical, industry, and enterprise knowledge to architecture or support projects to meet IT requirements and resolve constraints. Identifies opportunities for Consumption, Usage & Unified expansion at scale based on business value and Microsofts value proposition. Builds trust, advocates for improved architectures/solutions, documents industry trends, and maps solutions to customer outcomes. Captures opportunities across systems to execute aligned with Microsofts Customer Engagement Model. Delivers solutions in line with company methodologies (e.g., value-based deliverables, training, technical validation) with minimal guidance. Supports change management practices to enable long-term adoption, increasing customer satisfaction and driving consumption. Guides customers toward well-architected, AI-enabled, cost- and performance-optimized solutions to increase retention and expansion opportunities. Provides feedback to refine content. Focuses on customer/partner experience through efficient delivery and a seamless, connected experience. Learns customer goals and contributes to success criteria. Addresses dissatisfaction with minimal guidance and supports strategies to improve value realization and transformation speed. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience Other Requirements
