Overview: Drive Growth: Lead strategic initiatives to hit revenue and margin goals. Build a Winning Team: Oversee hiring and training of sales representatives and operations team members. Boost Sales: Implement Sandler Sales Training to ensure 25 sales reps meet revenue targets. Optimize Operations: Use Bennett's TMS and Digital Marketplace to streamline operations and maintain a lean cost structure. Manage Finances: Oversee budgets to maximize profitability. Ensure Excellence: Deliver customer satisfaction through top-tier service and compliance with industry standards. Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in freight brokerage, logistics, or related management roles, with proven success in scaling revenue and leading teams. Education: College degree in Business, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Skills: Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities. Knowledge of freight operations (dedicated/transactional). Familiarity with TMS platforms and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot). Strong financial skills to drive profitability.
