Schedule and conduct home showings and open houses. Prepare contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases. Coordinate between clients and listing agents to facilitate smooth transactions. Engage with pre-qualified leads to understand their needs and preferences.
Qualifications
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow. Humble, driven, professional, and a team player. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. Real estate license and sales experience. At least one year of experience as a buyers agent or relevant real estate experience. High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends. Valid U.S. drivers license with ability to travel.
Compensation
