From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer's point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. If this sounds like you, start your application today!Responsibilities•Continuously prospect and network to build your pipeline of active and motivated home buyers and sellers•Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget•Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers•Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close•Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction•Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a homeQualifications•Self-starter with an eagerness to learn and grow•Humble, Driven, Professional and a Team-Player•Passion for providing a superior level of customer service•Real estate license and sales experience•Mandarin (and/or Spanish) speaking skills•At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience•Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•Experience with the local real estate market and general trends•Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
