If you're looking for a position with excellent earnings and growth opportunities, apply now!Responsibilities•Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market•Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close•Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers•Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home•Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budgetQualifications•An established track record of successful real estate sales•Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends•1+ years of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience•Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
