Guidewire Solutions Architect

We're looking for a visionary Solutions Architect-someone like you-to lead the global adoption of our Guidewire cloud platform and drive innovation across our specialized insurance products. This is your opportunity to shape enterprise strategy, modernize platforms, and lead cloud transformation at scale. Key Responsibilities: Own the rollout and evolution of Everest's Guidewire cloud platform across our insurance ecosystem Build and maintain a long-term roadmap that aligns with business goals and Guidewire's product updates Evaluate applications and guide platform selection to ensure optimal performance and fit Lead modernization efforts, adopt new technical capabilities, and scale solutions globally Ensure your solution designs follow best practices, integration standards, and enterprise architecture principles Mentor delivery teams and architects, lead technical workshops, and foster continuous learning Assess cloud readiness and support seamless migration to cloud-native capabilities Track software versions, manage open-source and third-party tools, and maintain architecture documentation Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field 10+ years in software development, including 3+ years in architecture roles 3+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire, including cloud platform implementations Familiarity with Commercial Lines (Auto, Workers' Comp, Liability) is a plus Expertise in designing scalable, resilient cloud applications Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and networking Preferred certifications: Guidewire Cloud, Azure/AWS/GCP Architecture Experience with data migration, analytics, and insurance data models The base salary range for this position is $173,000 - $237,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
