The HR Coordinator supports Human Resources processes including sourcing efforts, onboarding, workplace policy inquiries, personnel file audits, and enforcement of workplace policy. The incumbent will report to the Administrative Manager. Schedule Details
On-Site, Laguna Hills, CA Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate to collect proper new hire documents, handle separations, and process manual checks. Assist team members with benefit enrollment, changes, and plan benefits inquiries. Assist in personnel file audits and maintenance of all records and filing. Support inter-office mail delivery, supply requests, and deliveries. Payroll processing, wage, meal rest period, and hour audits. Assist in sourcing, screening, background checks, interviewing, and orientation. Support talent retention and training strategies. Research and apply applicable laws and regulations to advise employees. Enforce workplace policies, rules, and regulations. Assist with terminations, resignations, and offboarding. Manage internal HRIS system requests. Assist with benefits eligibility reports and enrollment notifications. Provide support to supervisors and managers. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
Good interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and be flexible Good organizational skills and attention to detail Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Preferred Qualifications
