Job Purpose: Achieve annual booking targets in assigned markets and territories while maintaining company pricing standards. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Bookings : Meet annual sales targets by closing projects at predetermined levels. Actively manage and follow up on quotes to maximize bookings. Customer Engagement : Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients by addressing concerns, understanding needs, and providing effective solutions. Market Development : Identify new opportunities in assigned markets and promptly follow up on leads to ensure a consistent pipeline of prospects. Technical Expertise : Conduct site surveys, assess mechanical systems, and recommend modifications or replacements to resolve customer issues effectively. Pricing & Documentation : Accurately estimate costs, apply pricing standards, and ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and timely. Qualifications: Experience : 5+ years in sales or HVAC-related project management. Skills : Strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with HVAC systems. Requirements : Valid drivers license, insurable driving record, and ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs. Personal Attributes:
