This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has a strong background in landscape maintenance and customer service.Compensation & Benefits:Base salary of $50,000 annuallyCommission opportunities on upsells and enhancementsCompany vehiclePaid holidays and vacationProfit-sharing potentialJob responsibilities for our Landscaping Account Manager:Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clientsSchedule and manage mowing, bed maintenance, and herbicide crews; coordinate with irrigation and install teams as neededConduct regular site visits to assess turf and plant health, ensure quality standards, and identify upsell opportunitiesProvide on-site coaching and support to crews to ensure efficient, high-quality serviceTrack materials used on each property (mulch, seasonal color, herbicide, etc.)Maintain detailed records of client communications and service schedulesRequirements for our Landscaping Account Manager:Minimum of 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience, ideally in a supervisory or client-facing roleSolid knowledge of turfgrass care, ornamental plants, and Southern landscape materialsSales-minded approach with a track record of delivering outstanding customer serviceComfortable with technology-experience with LMN or similar landscape software is a plusValid driver's license with a clean driving record
