The Administrative Enrollment Specialist will facilitate student enrollment, assist the School Director, and manage daily office operations. Responsibilities include: Ensuring compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and institutional policies. Handling inbound inquiries and outbound calls/emails to prospective students, scheduling appointments. Assessing prospective students' needs, goals, and eligibility, including driving records and ability to meet DOT requirements. Developing referrals and leads. Conducting campus tours and communicating program benefits. Discussing payment options and funding sources. Following up on inquiries and no-shows. Enrolling eligible students and completing necessary documentation. Following up to ensure start dates and paperwork completion. Meeting enrollment targets. Preparing student files, providing employer and placement info, updating transcripts, and preparing graduation certificates. Managing accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and processing payments. Reporting student attendance and earnings. Assisting with account reconciliation. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Post-secondary education experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of office equipment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
