With an impressive footprint across North America and Europe, their expertise is trusted by top OEMs who rely on them to solve complex challenges in NVH and thermal efficiency.Your Mission:Own the customer relationship manage pricing, commercial negotiations, and long-term account strategyPrepare and deliver quotations, support sourcing discussions, and align with internal costing and engineering teamsMonitor ongoing programs, address open issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycleSpot opportunities to grow business across vehicle platforms and work closely with program and technical teams to capture themAct as the bridge between your customer and internal departments to drive alignment and resultsWhat You'll Bring:Automotive Tier 1 experience in a commercial/account-facing roleStrong exposure to major OEMs (Ford, Stellantis, GM, etc.)Confidence in managing negotiations, pricing strategy, and program healthComfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, program management, and manufacturingFamiliarity with acoustic or thermal components is a plus, but not a mustThe Offer:Base salary of $130,000 plus annual bonusJoin a stable, well-invested business with a reputation for high-quality solutionsHigh-impact role with clear visibility to leadership and real growth potentialA collaborative culture where your input matters
