This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual who thrives on customer interaction and program complexity in the automotive supply chain.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day communication and long-term strategy with assigned OEM customersLead quoting, negotiations, and commercial discussionsSupport program development and coordinate cross-functional collaboration internallyMaintain accurate sales forecasting and business planningIdentify new business opportunities and contribute to growth strategyRequirements:Proven experience in automotive thermal systems (HVAC, compressors, heat exchangers, etc.)Strong understanding of OEM processes and expectationsExcellent relationship-building and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple programs and customer contacts simultaneouslyBachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferredWhats On Offer:Base salary of $130,000Performance-based bonusFull benefits packageOpportunity to manage key OEM relationships with a respected global supplierSupportive and collaborative team environmentThis is a high-impact role offering visibility, ownership, and the chance to drive growth across major OEM platforms.
