SAP Advanced Planning Solutions Architect (RTH)

100% Remote with occasional travel to Connecticut (Travel paid by client) Responsibilities

Design and develop Aftermarket Planning solutions, including configurations, customizations, reports, interfaces, and enhancements Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using capabilities within the aftermarket domain Lead the analysis of complex business and technical needs, translating them into practice through existing and new IT tools and identifying optimal aftermarket solutions Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop functional specifications for implementation Participate in architecture and design reviews of complex solutions, particularly in the aftermarket planning domain, ensuring performance and scalability Provide techno-functional guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, including testing, deployment and post go-live support Lead design and architecture solutions for aftermarket processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards Provide application design guidance and consultation, based on a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs Advise business partners on intended and optimal use of the systems and assist with process development Experience / Required Qualifications

Functional experience in configuring and supporting process design in advanced planning software, such as SAP APO-Demand Planning, PPDS, IBP-Demand Planning, Kinaxis Maestro, Blue Yonder, or equivalent with strong understanding of the modules Functional experience building planning applications utilizing advanced software tools such as REACT, an iterative development process Experience working with modern web application frameworks including React, FastAPI, Angular, UI Frameworks Experience with cloud services and integration, specifically Azure cloud Business domain knowledge about aftermarket demand and supply planning, and MRP Experience operating in an agile execution framework Demonstrated experience of effective leadership and collaboration with global business, and technical stakeholders and teams in delivering innovative planning systems solutions Understanding of Master Data related to planning – material master, bills of materials, production versions, routing etc Experience in integrating with other ERP and non-ERP systems Experience in designing and supporting batch jobs in planning domain Have implemented multiple end-to-end life cycle projects Experience with standard ERP system implementations (Agile and waterfall methodologies) Willingness to learn new technologies and take on new projects to grow experience Ability to quickly adapt to changing business environments Ability to lead technical teams or lead projects Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information System, Information Technology, or related technical field with 10 years’ experience. OR a Masters degree with 7+ years of related experience. Strong project management, analytical and technical skills. Highly self-directed and able to learn quickly with a solid ability to drive and deliver results. Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, cultural awareness and professional maturity with executive presentation experience, comfortable interacting with senior executive leadership. Preferred Qualifications

SAP production planning/MRP, demand planning and PP/DS Experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response Seniority level
