Join a small but mighty marketing team supporting a national leader in anesthesia services. We're looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience whos ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact across all areas of marketing. Support Campaigns:
Assist in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns for business development and recruitment. Create Content:
Write and design marketing materials for digital, social, and print using Canva, Adobe, and PowerPoint. Social Media Management:
Help develop the social calendar, create posts, and track engagement across platforms. Brand Consistency:
Ensure our messaging and visuals align with our brand guidelines across all materials. Event Coordination:
Help manage conference and tradeshow logistics, ensuring our booth, collateral, and message are polished and professional. Reporting & Analysis:
Track campaign performance and summarize results to guide improvements. Team Collaboration:
Communicate clearly and often with internal teams, vendors, and partners to keep projects on track. Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-3 years
of hands-on marketing experience (corporate or agency). A variety of marketing experience - experience with multiple different marketing channels is preferred. Healthcare marketing experience is a plus, but not required. A strategic mindset and creative flairplus the drive to take ownership and deliver results. Exceptional writing, editing, and design skills. Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Canva, and social media platforms. Experience in social media marketing, content creation, and design. Confidence working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines. Salary:
$65,000 annually
