Level 1 IT Support Specialist
to be the go-to tech hero at one of our Skilled Nursing Facility client sites in Atlanta. Youll be supporting a vibrant community of
550+ end users , keeping their systems running smoothly and their tech frustrations at bay. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone whos ready to roll up their sleeves, grow their skills, and make a real impact in a healthcare setting where technology truly matters. What Youll Do Be the
first line of defense
for technical issueswhether its a frozen screen, a printer jam, or a cable that mysteriously stopped working. Provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, and in person. Set up and configure new user workstations, accounts, and access permissions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with phones, email, printers, TVs, and cable systems. Monitor workstation performance and respond to alerts. Keep things organized by logging and tracking tickets in
ConnectWise . Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when needed. Help manage IT inventory and equipment tracking. Deliver top-notch customer service with a smileeven when the Wi-Fi isnt cooperating. What You Bring 3+ years of IT support experience or relevant technical coursework. Solid understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and office equipment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email clients, and Windows environments. Strong communication skillsyou know how to explain tech in plain English. Great time management and multitasking abilities. A curious mind and a willingness to learn and grow in your tech career.
