This is a full-time role for a Desktop Support Technician. The role is onsite, located in Atlanta, GA, with some work-from-home acceptable. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, printer support, and computer repair. The technician will also handle setup and maintenance of desktop systems and ensure timely and effective resolution of user issues. Qualifications
Desktop Support Technician role for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience. Responsibilities: troubleshoot and repair desktops, notebooks, and printers. Perform upgrades, deployments, and scheduled installations. Provide deskside support, use technical knowledge to remediate client problems, and deliver technical feedback. May act as team lead, coach team members, and contribute to service delivery improvements. Requirements: proficiency in Windows OS, Linux/Unix knowledge helpful, strong client service skills, undergraduate degree or equivalent, ability to travel (domestic/international).
