Your Role

Office Manager , you will play a pivotal role in
leading our team, optimizing operations, and ensuring a seamless client experience
You will be responsible for
managing staff, overseeing financial and administrative tasks, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability

- Always polished and professional, reflecting the brand's high standards in beauty and aesthetics. Client-Centric Mindset
- Deep understanding of luxury customer service, focusing on relationship-building and VIP client retention. Aesthetic Industry Knowledge
- Passion for medical aesthetics, skincare treatments, and cosmetic procedures, with a willingness to stay ahead of industry trends. Operational Savvy
- Skilled in overseeing daily spa operations, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with medspa regulations. What We're Looking For

business operations, team management, and client relations Sales-driven mindset
with the ability to
implement growth strategies Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
with keen
attention to detail Proficiency in CRM, scheduling, and POS systems Knowledge of medical aesthetics services , including
Botox, fillers, lasers, and IV therapy, is a plus Passion for the
