Master Scheduler and Planner (Manufacturing)

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in aligning customer demand, production capacity, and supply chain resources to ensure on-time delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.•Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to align with customer demand, inventory targets, and manufacturing capacity.•Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components.•Analyze capacity constraints and recommend adjustments to optimize throughput and minimize bottlenecks.•Track and update schedules to reflect changes in customer orders, design modifications, or supply chain disruptions.•Evaluate and schedule engineering resources to meet production requirements.•Translate customer forecasts and orders into executable production plans.•Balance long-term strategic planning with short-term operational adjustments to meet delivery commitments.•Monitor demand variability and collaborate with sales and operations to manage risks and opportunities.•Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure that critical raw materials, components, and outsourced services are available on time.•Identify shortages or potential delays and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.•Manage capacity planning for labor, equipment, and test facilities.•Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule adherence, lead time accuracy, and on-time delivery.•Assist in conducting root-cause analysis for missed schedules and implement corrective actions.•Drive continuous improvement initiatives in scheduling, planning processes, and ERP system utilization.Qualifications: •3+ years in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles•Knowledge of production planning methodologies•Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilitiesSalary range: $70K-$75kdepending on experienceCODE: IND123
