Conduct legal research and draft tax memoranda, opinions, and other advisory materials. Stay informed on evolving tax laws and regulations impacting the asset management sector. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in tax law with a focus on fund formation and asset management. Background working with private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and private equity funds. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage complex tax issues and provide strategic solutions. Excellent communication and client service skills. Willingness to travel periodically to London. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree obtained between 2019 and 2021. Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school. Certifications: Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission. Skills: Expertise in tax laws related to asset management and fund structuring. Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with international teams. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
