Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines during construction activities. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Collaborate with procurement teams to secure necessary materials and resources. Drive team performance by providing leadership and guidance to achieve project milestones. Evaluate completed projects to identify areas of improvement and success. Knowledge of construction standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
