Food Servers are essential to our restaurant's success, providing outstanding guest service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a smile. If you're committed to excellence and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team. Essential Job Functions: Deliver exceptional service to guests with engagement and thoughtfulness. Take and deliver food and beverage orders with enthusiasm, regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction. Generate checks through PMS and process payments efficiently. Maintain organization of the restaurant, replenishing condiments and supplies as needed. Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages. Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper functioning of all workstations. Physical Demands: Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift, carry, and transport 50-75 lbs. Work most of the shift standing and moving throughout the restaurant and kitchen areas. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: At least 1 year of server experience in a similar environment. Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required. Food Handlers Certification required.
