The Leasing Specialist is responsible for coordinating requests from military families with the property management team. Coordinate requests from military families with the property management team. Perform leasing functions including showing units and executing leases and renewals. Qualify applicants according to government compliance requirements. Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and billing for damages. Record service requests and coordinate maintenance. Maintain resident and maintenance files. Assist in market analysis and property advertising strategies. Show properties and negotiate lease terms. Develop marketing materials and participate in community activities. Ensure property compliance with legal documents and policies. Organize social events and community programs. Drive company vehicles or use personal vehicles for work as required. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous leasing experience required; sales experience preferred. Computer skills including email, Word, Excel, internet browsing. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in all weather conditions and handle confidential information. Valid drivers license in state of employment. Additional Information
