Commercial Insurance Account ExecutiveJob SummarySeeking a motivated and client-focused Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join a dynamic team. This role is essential in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients while providing expert support in managing commercial insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of insurance products and services, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients by delivering outstanding customer service.Proactively identify client needs and present tailored insurance solutions that align with their business goals.Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring timely handling of renewals, endorsements, claims, and policy reviews.Conduct client risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate exposure.Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to secure competitive terms and coverage options.Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and professional assistance.Prepare professional proposals and presentations to effectively communicate policy options to clients.Remain up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and regulatory requirements to provide informed advice and strategies.Contribute to the development and achievement of team sales and growth objectives.Participate in networking events and professional organizations to expand industry contacts and business opportunities.Qualifications/RequirementsPrevious experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role in the commercial insurance industry.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an emphasis on active listening and attention to detail.Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance management software.Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.Compensation PackageCompensation: Between $75K-$100K (based on experience).Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.Disclaimer: Please note that this job description may not cover all duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the role, and it is subject to modification at the employer's discretion.#LI-CD3
