teams across multiple business groups. In this role, you will work with a broad range of customers including those in enterprise, regulated industries, and partner services to help them realize the full value of their Microsoft investments. Cloud Solution Architect - Cloud + AI Infrastructure

will lead technical engagements that enable customers to design, deploy, and optimize Cloud and AI solutions. By providing strategic guidance and removing roadblocks, you will help customers accelerate their transformation using Microsoft technologies on the Microsoft platform. This is a customer-facing position where you will own the technical relationship and collaborate closely with both customer and internal teams. Operate according to required operational excellence and proven practice standards throughout all sales stages/activities/tools of record (e.g., pipeline updates, time tracking). Collaborate across Microsoft and customer/partner teams through on-strategy delivery to achieve customer/partner objectives and increase customer satisfaction. Contribute to managing business and technical risks, adapting methodology and applying governance principles to minimize risks. Execute work in compliance with industry and Microsoft guidelines. Prioritize competing demands to align with business priorities and goals. Identify, escalate, and mitigate blockers to accelerate solution deployment, value realization, and usage/consumption. Continue to develop business, technical, industry, and enterprise knowledge and apply it to architecture or support projects to meet IT requirements and resolve constraints. Identify new opportunities for Consumption, Usage & Unified expansion (especially Enhanced Solutions) at scale based on business value, understanding of Microsoft value proposition, and customer/partner needs. Listen to customers/partners and advocate for alternative architectures/solutions that meet requirements. Capture opportunities in appropriate systems and collaborate across the organization to execute aligned with Microsofts Customer Engagement Model. Deliver solutions in line with company methodologies (e.g., value-based deliverables, training, technical validation) and guide customers toward well-architected, secure, resilient, AI-enabled, cost- and performance-optimized solutions to increase retention and expansion opportunities. Contribute feedback to refine content and enable long-term adoption. Customer Centricity

Focus on customer/partner experience through efficient delivery and a seamless experience. Understand customer goals, contribute to defining success conditions, and address dissatisfaction to improve value realization and transformation. Translate customer problems into industry solutions aligned with Microsoft product/ platform strategy, explaining how they meet outcomes and ROI goals. Help customers adopt cross-solution-area strategies and build relationships with technical and business decision makers. Support stakeholders on security, compliance, and risk requirements. Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights with Engineering and Product teams to influence roadmaps and initiatives. Identify patterns across customers/territories/industries to drive strategic, actionable improvements. Partner Specialization

Identify market opportunities in solution areas and guide partners in developing offerings and services. Assist through initial customer implementations and deliver technical enablement. Focus on opportunities that align with revenue goals. Drive growth of the solution utilization pipeline with partners by unblocking technical blockers and supporting proof of concept and pre-sales activities. Technical Leadership

Show technical readiness and influence less experienced team members. May mentor and lead readiness and upskilling activities. Contribute to virtual teams and share strategic and technical input with internal and external audiences. Support IP development and identify patterns to build scalable models. Participate in external events to elevate Microsofts brand and share learnings across teams. Identify gaps in delivery and communicate them to stakeholders. Connect gaps across business and technology areas to drive product/process improvements and scale solutions across customers. Other

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience Other Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role 2+ years experience on technical projects Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) or security certifications Cloud Solution Architect - Cloud + AI Infrastructure: IC3 level.
