Responsibilities: Assemble food items and tray settings in accordance with detailed airline specifications, including components such as hot meals, cold meals, salads, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments.Ensure all tray setups are accurately completed and meet quality and presentation standards.Follow airline and company guidelines to maintain consistency and customer satisfaction.Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations outlined in the food safety management system handbook.Report any issues related to food safety or hygiene to the manager and hygiene/food safety team.Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.Assist other team members as needed to ensure efficient production and timely completion of tasks.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Assembly Lead or Supervisor.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Minimum of 1 year of work experience in food production or a similar work environment.Bilingual Spanish preferred.Experience working in a cooler/refrigerated environment preferred. Proactive and self-organized.Ability to manage a substantial workload.Capable of working independently and in a team environment.Ability to complete tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines.Able to work comfortably in cold or freezer-like environments.Must be able to handle multiple food products (e.g., fish, beef, pork, poultry, and other items).Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, in alignment with business needs.Diversity & Inclusion Statement DO & CO provides equal employment opportunities.
