KSR is seeking a highly organized, emotionally resilient, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the President and other key team members. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role that requires exceptional coordination, communication, and follow-through. Key Responsibilities:
Email & Communication Management
Monitor and prioritize incoming emails Draft, proofread, and send professional correspondence Serve as a communication gatekeeper Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up
Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials Take clear, concise meeting minutes and distribute them Follow up on action items to ensure completion Administrative & Office Support
Maintain both digital and paper filing systems Order office supplies and liaise with vendors Track expenses, manage budgets, and handle reimbursements Project Coordination
Assist in tracking progress on internal initiatives and special projects Coordinate with other departments and external partners Conduct light research and prepare summaries when needed Travel & Logistics
Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and car services Create detailed travel itineraries and manage changes quickly Plan internal events, off-site meetings, and client-facing activities Confidentiality & Discretion
Handle sensitive business, HR, and financial information with the utmost professionalism Assist with confidential matters such as payroll, bonuses, and contracts Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Google Docs Strong attention to detail and time management Emotionally grounded and able to maintain professionalism under pressure Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Experience supporting senior leadership a plus
