Assistant Responsibilities Include

Job Responsibilities-

Acting as the point of contact among the President, employees, clients, and other external partners Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner using CRM Managing Presidents calendars and setting up meetings (Calendly, Google Calendar & Verity meetings) Keeping up with office supply inventory Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence Make clients & partners feel welcome. Reach out (phone/email) to existing & prospective clients to schedule appointments. Implementation of digital marketing campaigns inside of CRM (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google ads, Microsoft Ads, email marketing) Building automation and workflows integrating software with HubSpot natively and using Zapier

Requirements

Be a people person with a positive attitude Proficient- Google GSuite products- Google Docs/Sheets/Drive, Gmail Experience in Legal or financial services office (Accounting, Insurance, Investments, etc.) Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines) Reliable transportation & punctuality are a must. Excellent verbal (phone) and written (email) communications skills Discretion and confidentiality are essential for protecting our clients information High School diploma or equivalent 2 4- or 4-year Degree a plus (Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, etc.) Digital marketing experience Social media skills (on-camera talent, video editing, platform knowledge- LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) a plus Graphic design skills are a plus (Adobe, Canvas, etc.) CRM skills/certifications (especially HubSpot) are a plus A notary license is a plus

Compensation

$20-$25/ hour (based upon experience, skills & licenses/ certifications)
