HASI is actively seeking a Credit Manager with substantial experience in asset-based lending, renewable energy, or structured finance to join their Investment Group on the Credit Team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding HASIs investment portfolio through meticulous origination, structuring, negotiation, and management of transactions. Focusing primarily on energy efficiency projects, the role involves cross-functional collaboration across various technology sectors within the Investment Group. Develop and implement work plans to pursue transactions and secure client mandates. Lead and oversee due diligence processes for investments, analyzing terms in project agreements. Proven experience in asset-based lending, structured finance, and/or securitization markets. Mastery of MS Excel financial modeling with experience in debt and project finance models.
