We focus on efficient analytic execution and delivering deeper understanding of customers and products. Responsibilities
Understand business challenges and needs to help leadership make data-driven decisions by analyzing and combining data across multiple sources; distill analytical concepts for broader audiences and influence decision making through data storytelling. Provide analysis, insights, reports, and actionable recommendations to impact client and business success; build and maintain dashboards and reports to help the business understand and optimize advertiser performance and product development. Function as a thought leader on industry trends to inform Snaps in-market strategy; identify projects with revenue impact, define scope and objectives, and propose actions to attain objectives. Identify performance trends across auction campaigns to fuel optimization recommendations; evangelize best practices across the account management group. Design, build, and maintain data structures for reporting and monitoring key performance indicators; monitor and investigate changes in KPIs for products. Develop and maintain ETL routines using tools such as Airflow; perform SQL and ETL tuning; plan and report results from AB experiments. Collaborate with Sales, Creative Strategy, Marketing Science, and Product Solutions to ensure campaigns run optimally and adapt to new findings. Build solutions using high technical standards, write SQL, and create basic dashboards using Looker or Tableau. Knowledge, skills & abilities

Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, information systems, computer science, business, marketing, communications, economics, or related field or equivalent years of experience 3+ years of relevant professional experience in an analytical field 2+ years of work experience using SQL Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of data modeling principles (dimensional modeling, data normalization, etc.) Experience with data exploration/visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio Excellent conceptual and analytical reasoning abilities Experience with additional programming languages (e.g., Python, R) 2+ years experience with workflow management tools (Airflow, Oozie, Azkaban, UC4) Experience with defining, implementing, and analyzing A/B and multi-variate experiments Experience in a sales-facing environmentsupporting Sales on client/vertical or business-level requests with insights If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please provide us information.
