About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. The COO will play a pivotal role in providing strategic and operational leadership across all programs and services, with a focus on day-to-day operations, program excellence, and long-term sustainability. This includes partnering with the CEO to shape and implement strategic priorities, overseeing the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of human services operations, a passion for strengthening families, and a proven ability to translate vision into measurable results.

Key responsibilities for the COO at the company include strategic leadership, organizational development, program oversight, facilities management, team leadership, and operational and financial management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a diverse team, optimizing operational processes, and working closely with the finance team to ensure fiscal responsibility. A strong background in direct services, particularly in child and family services, is essential, as is a deep understanding of trauma-informed care, housing services, and early childhood programs. The role requires a leader with excellent communication, relationship-building, and advocacy skills, who can champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
