Manufacturing Engineer (80–95K) Sapphire Recruitment is hiring for a Manufacturing Engineer to work for an established Manufacturer in the Binghamton, NY area. What You’ll Do:Create and revise work instructions, process documentation, and job travelers Lead and support CI and Lean projects across production and operations Collaborate with team leads on production process improvement and equipment upgrades Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving shop floor challenges Use ERP systems to support operations planning and production metrics Engage in hands-on problem solving, training, and team development Education and Experience:AAS or BS degree in Engineering or related field 4-8 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience Proficiency with AutoCAD; SolidWorks is a plus Prior involvement in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Kaizen events Strong troubleshooting, process improvement, and documentation skills Comfortable working across departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance) For immediate consideration submit your resume to techjobs@hiresapphire.com Sapphire Recruitment is an EOE
